Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, the following policy applies:

Design Services

  • All Styled In a Day services are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

  • Design timelines begin after the completed intake form and Client Agreement is submitted.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before submitting your intake form, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility prior to work beginning is determined on a case-by-case basis.
